What does an Individual Session look like

Something’s pulling you toward ropes?Maybe it’s the craving for deep surrender, of simply being held and just be, that thrill of something new, or that edge where you can allow yourself to connect to something darker within. Whatever it is, this session starts and ends with you.I offer a private, intentional container of 2.5 to 3 hours where ropes become the language for whatever you're ready to feel, explore, or release. Everything is built around your desires, boundaries, and current energy.

How the Time Flows:

A Session is structured in 3 parts:

Arrival and landing

We will talk about your intentions and desires, what you're hoping to feel or explore, any boundaries and limits, safety systems and anything in your body or history that helps me hold this space well for you (old injuries, triggers, what helps you stay regulated, what support feels good).
This is a non-judgmental check-in where we co-create safety together.Everything you say stays confidential !
To help us land on the same page about the emotional and experiential flavour you're craving (connection, sensuality, submission, challenge, play, release, stillness, eros…),
I like to work with Sinrael's Rope Radar
It's a nice way to clarify, without needing to know everything you want and more a tool to tune in with what's alive in that moment.

Bodywork

This core element is a continuous dialogue between you, your body, the ropes and me. Not a one-way application, but an active, back-and-forth, (unless you ask for something different).Throughout, we stay in verbal and non-verbal communication: you might give feedback (“more/less/slower/stop”), I will check-in regularly (“How’s your breathing?”, “Green-yellow-red?”), and we watch body signals (breath, posture, tone, temperature).
We will track how the ropeplay affects your internal state — does your system soften and drop toward parasympathetic calm, does it mobilize into alert charge? Do you get emotionally activated? Turned on? We adjust together in the moment so the sensation stays within what your nervous system can meet and integrate, to stay within your window of tolerance. All of you is welcomed here, and I've seen a lot, so there is really not much that can shock me anymore ;)
The ropes become a tool for body awareness: they press, hold, limit movement, and your responses (words, sounds, movements, stillness) guide how we continue. The untying process is as much part of this experience as the tying. If power dynamics are part of what we mapped, they stay obviously within that container.

Aftercare and Integration

Once our session comes to a close, I'll put on some soft music and invite you to lie down comfortably. I'll sit nearby in quiet, unobtrusive presence. This is time for integration:Letting what we explored together settle in your body and nervous system. There's nothing to do but rest and notice: sensations, shifts in breathing, warmth or coolness, tremors, stillness, whatever is moving through you.You remain in full lead. At any point you can ask for touch if it helps you feel grounded, space to move, shake, or breathe freely, a blanket, water, a snack, or simply silence. When you feel ready, we close with a short debrief. What sensations stood out, how your body is feeling now?I also offer a free follow-up call in the days after, so you have support as things continue to settle.

VINCVLA AMOR
rope fundamentals for the bedroom

4 sessions · 2.5 hours each · partnered

To bind. To love.
Not separately.
Not in sequence.
At the same time, together.
With the same hands.
Rope changes the quality of touch.
It makes you deliberate.
It makes your partner feel every decision
where you place your hands,
how tight,
how slow,
how present you are.
there is nowhere else to be.The bedroom is already yours.
This gives you a new way to be in it together.

The programme

Session 1 · 15 April
The Body, the Rope, the Space Between
Before the first tie - the body. We open with anatomy: how rope meets skin, tissue, nerves. Where to tie with care and where to move slowly. Then consent not as a form to sign but as a living conversation - one that starts before the rope comes out and continues long after it comes off. We explore how rope can be a tool for connection rather than just restraint, and close with aftercare and integration - what you do with each other when the session ends. A short introduction to power dynamics through rope: what it means to give control, what it means to receive it, and why the difference matters.

Session 2 · 22 April
Hands That Know What They're Doing
We begin with a form of greeting ritual that opens a rope session. A way of meeting your partner through rope before any tie is placed. From there we build the technical foundation: first knots, structures, so that when you're home, in your bedroom, the rope moves through your hands with ease and your attention stays where it belongs - on the person in front of you..

Session 3 · 29 April
Flow, Space, and Erotic Tension
We will move slower here. The technical foundation deepens, but the focus shifts - from doing to being. We explore ma: the Japanese concept of negative space, the pause, the silence between movements. That space, held consciously, is where erotic tension lives. We practice staying in it. Not rushing toward the next action. Learning what connection feels like when you stop trying to make it happen.

Session 4 · 6 May
The Erotic Realm
The final evening goes all the way in. We explore structures designed for lovemaking - practical, low-effort ties that work with the body, that stay in place and get out of your way. And we discover something unexpected: how rope, used in a specific way, becomes an analog vibrator - oh yes baby - sensation built not from electricity but from tension, pressure, and the knowledge of exactly where to place the line.

Practical questions

What should we wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. Layers are useful , bodies change temperature in rope.
Is this a kink or BDSM class?
It's a class in rope, intimacy, and connection. You don't need to identify with any scene or community to attend.
